Opening on Monday November 27th 2023 at 3pm The Foyer Limerick School of Art & Design, TUS Clare Street Campus, Limerick City Léarscáil being the Irish for ‘map’, and scéal, the Irish for ‘story’.
This exhibition spans across various locations in the city, accompanying the audience with a map of locations allowing one to immerse themselves wholly in each piece. The works incorporate filmed footage, found footage and audio, giving the artists full creative liberty to explore and reflect on their practice. The work of this moving image exhibition aims to have a strong sense of place or narrative, reflecting on each 3rd year Sculpture & Combined Media student’s area of interest respectively
